These collections use various media sometimes incorporating words, as well, to portray the human condition. A large part of the work I do includes female and male life drawings and self portraits in oils or mixed media. The stories that my subjects share as I paint or draw undoubtedly permeates into the work. The art is as much about materials as it is about the subject matter.
